Please fill in the form below to hold your spot to perform. You will automatically be added to the list unless there have been 20 sign ups. If you have friends coming to watch the show, feel free to let us know and if 5 or more show up, you get in free! You can also come in to put your name on the alternate list 15 minutes before start time, if you did not make the list. Good Luck!
All acts must be self contained and have their own accompaniment, track or other items needed for performance.
